The UX experience referred to the physical shopping experience at the shop, we wanted to smoothly transform the experience into a digital space, from the customer journey to the personalization order.

Maximize visual experience

The process is a visually-led experience that heavily relies on real-time rendering of the trench to help customers visualize the outcome.

The approach was to prioritize the trench preview and minimize distractions from the menu selection. Also, to ensure legibility and clear interection between the two main panels, the preview and the menu selection.

The customization journey was designed to maximize flexibility with minimal friction, the panel was placed at the bottom, so users could easily jump across sections to edit or review their selection.
